The ME1000S is equipped with a built-in 7 "WVGA LCD touchscreen display with simple and easy to use icon and buttons. The user can access and manage machine functions through a multi-level menu in an easy and intuitive way.

IoT (Internet of Things) remote access and management

- Web services: The machine set-up and operations can be entirely managed remotely via the web or through the use of VNC (Virtual Networking Computing) client, using a personal computer or other devices connected to the Customer’s network.

- Data transfer: Data import/export and the machine updating can be managed from any device connected to the embosser via Ethernet by using the FTP protocol (file transfer protocol).

The ME1000S can be connected to a personal computer, to load data and start production, or to another device, such as keyboard, barcode reader or other if needed.

With the manual-feed (ME1000S) loading and unloading are really easy. It is equipped with a unique clamp for plates of different dimensions and materials as well as a large selection of fonts. Once embossed, the metal tags are returned to the starting point. It is designed for medium to high volume production process.

This is the machine that the U.S. military prefers for making dog tags.  Do not confuse with other metal embossers that are really nothing but toys.

Will emboss a variety of plates other than dog tags. Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum. copper and brass. Anything from 0.016” to 0.035” thick.  From 1.5” to 4.5” wide; from 0.826” to 3.5” thick. As you can see, the ME1000S will do the job whether it is military ID tags or automotive body and VIN plates.
